Application Process
RPTKA (Foreign Worker Plan) Submission
Sponsoring company submits Foreign Worker Placement Plan (RPTKA) to Ministry of Manpower.
Work Permit (IMTA) Notification
After RPTKA approval, submit Work Permit notification to immigration. Processing typically 2-3 months.
E-Visa Issuance
Once Work Permit approved, E-Visa issued within 5-10 working days. Valid for 90 days to enter Indonesia.
KITAS Activation & Collection
Enter Indonesia within 90 days to activate KITAS. Complete onshore processing (4 weeks) and receive KITAS card.
